13th ANNUAL ADVISORY FORUM ON CULTURAL ROUTES OF THE COUNCIL OF EUROPE, VISEGRÁD, HUNGARY

Important : Participants should be informed that in addition to the 3-day Forum programme which will take place in Visegrád on Wednesday 25 September, Thursday 26 September and Friday 27 September in the morning, and in Budapest on Friday 27 September in the afternoon, an optional cultural and touristic programme in Budapest and in the countryside will be offered for the weekend (28-29 September) to Forum participants (by registration).
The Forum Secretariat recommends that participants consult the optional cultural programme before booking their travel and accommodation (at the expense of participants), available at the following address:

Should participants wish to stay in Budapest over the weekend to take part in the optional cultural and touristic programme, they are invited to book their own accommodation in Budapest.
The Forum Secretariat remains at your disposal for any further information.
Participants should be informed that they will have to cover their own travel and accommodation expenses.
Please note that the Forum will take place in Visegrád on Wednesday 25 September, Thursday 26 September and the morning of Friday 27 September. In the afternoon, the closing ceremony will be held in Budapest, at the Pesti Vigadó.
Important note:
Transportation from Visegrád to Budapest by boat cruise along the Danube will be organised for all Forum registered participants on Friday afternoon.

Should participants wish to stay over the weekend in Budapest to take part in the optional cultural and touristic programme, they are kindly invited to book their own accommodation in Budapest.
A cultural programme in Visegrád will take place on Wednesday 25 September between 11:00 and 15:30.
Before registering for a group in the cultural programme, please note that parallel meetings for the participants concerned will also take place on Wednesday morning. Further information on these meetings is provided in the invitation email.
The Forum local secretariat will contact you in due course to provide you with further information concerning the details of the cultural programme.

A registration form will be circulated to interested participants by the local Forum secretariat in due course.
